NBA Betting Predictions March 24th
My season record to date now sits at (39-51) for -16.10 units.
Quick note on the NCAA- it really doesn’t look like anybody can stop Kentucky right now. The only other team who’s been even close to as strong has been Ohio St. Baylor only has a shot in tomorrow’s game if they get extremely hot from deep, which isn’t out of the question.
Memphis Grizzlies @ Los Angeles Clippers
The Clippers have been just terrible. I know Paul is notorious for saving it for late in the season/the playoffs, but I think he’ll have to bring it for the rest of the season or the Clips could actually fall out of the playoffs. Especially because, the Suns, and the Jazz have really been making a push of late. I like Memphis in tonight’s game because Z-Bo is back, and I actually think taking a flyer on Gilbert Arenas was a good idea. If he can find even a quarter of his former talent he’ll be a great upgrade for them coming off the bench.

Detroit Pistons @ New York Knicks
One loss against the shittacular Raptors and the Woodson honeymoon period is officially over. To lose by double digits to the Raps is just embarrassing. That being said the Knicks will have a bounceback game and definitely beat the Pistons tonight. However, the Pistons have proved to be a scrappy team and have kept games close a lot of nights. With a 45 point game out of Ben Gordon recently, the Pistons can still prove dangerous on any given night. Knicks win, but not by the amount the line predicts.

San Antonio Spurs @ New Orleans Hornets
The Spurs are expected to be missing Parker again, which will hurt them, but not to the extent that they’ll lose the game. I think the Spurs had one of the best trade deadlines of any team. They got Captain Jackson and recently picked up Boris Diaw for nothing. Both players add significantly to the depth of an already deep SA team. When Diaw is focused he’s actually a solid player. If Coach Popp and fellow Frenchmen Tony Parker can’t get him focused then nobody can.
