NBA Betting Predictions April 26th
My season record to date now sits at (54-67) for -17.60 units after New Orleans won by 2 points instead of 2.5 points like I predicted on Tuesday night.
Final night of the regular season tonight and it should be an intersting one. Arguably the most interesting story for the last game is the Charlotte Bobcats. Who would have predicted the Bobcats would be the most interesting storyline at the end of the season? Not I, that’s for damn sure. The ‘Cats have a chance to go down as the worst team in NBA history with another loss tonight. Here’s hoping they do- and MJ can be a part of both the best team (72-10 Bulls) and the worst team (7-59 Bobcats). They’ll definitely want to go through with that name change if they finish with the worst record.
Unfortunately the line for the ‘Cats game is not up yet, otherwise that would be an interesting game to bet on.
Dallas Mavericks @ Atlanta Hawks
Dallas is battling for a victory tonight because if they win and Denver loses they get to matchup with LA instead of OK City. Atlanta will also be hoping for a W because it would secure home court advantage for them versus Boston in the first round. For tonight’s game to matter for Dallas, Denver has to lose against Minnesoata (quite unlikely) and I think Dallas knows this and will rest key players accordingly. This game is more important for Atlanta because they are guaranteed to secure something if they win the game, whereas Dallas only has the possibility of securing a better standing.

In other news the Kentucky Derby coverage is starting to heat up with the biggest horse race of the year less than two weeks away. Learn how to bet on the 2012 Kentucky Derby prior to placing a bet because horse racing betting is much different than NBA betting.
